Upcoming Classes
In the middle of February, I will present classes for this spring.
Free introductory classes will happen at the end of March with a 6 week in depth course in April and May.
The longer courses will explore disruptive language and new ways to speak in general. We will also look individually at an upsetting word or phrase that you often use, create a supportive substitute and encourage each other in our language and emotional changes.
